Quickly checking in. Im back to my old low-carb self again. I love the feeling of the initial water loss. Im trying to think...I was doing Suzanne Somer's food grouping method. And per the usual, I got relaxed and overate carbs.
But, Ive been doing low carb for 2 or 3 days now, I forget..so Ill probably weigh in tomorrow to see where Im at. I hate thinking Ive gained a pound or two from my last weigh-in, but I only have myself to blame.
Ill also be checking in on others' journals tomorrow to see how they are doing too.
Life is good! Here is to another month of low carb. Please, God, keep me on track for my sanity's sake and health's sake!
