kalo ga diet sehari asupan kalori bisa 1500 lebih karna man apa aja segala goreng gorengan :v, saat diet kenapa susah banget capai 1000 kalori aja, intinya bingung sih harus makan apa yg kalori nya tinggi tapi tinggi protein dan serat juga.. ada saran ga teman teman? :D
