I second (well I guess technically I fourth :) ) what's been said. Gratz on sticking to it. My scale rises and falls all the time, just gotta power on and the scale will submit! I've heard about this greek yogurt, but never tried it. 3 rave reviews here eh? I may just have to give it a go. Well wishes and happiness to all. -HH

I so love Greek yogurt. I have never liked plain yogurt but I could live on vanilla yogurt. I had heard such good things about Greek yogurt I thought I would try it anyway. It is the only plain yogurt I have been able to eat. I love it for a sour cream substitute for my baked potatoes. I mix it with salsa for a wonderful topping for omelets or scrambled eggs. I still get to have my vanilla. I just sweeten it and add some vanilla extract. Voila! Vanilla yogurt, I add lots of berries or some fruit. Yum! A GREAT replacement for ice cream or cheesecake. I have never tried Tzatsiki. I have seen lots of recipes for it. I thnk I will have to try it some time.

Yahoo!!! So happy to hear it. I am getting used to Greek yogurt - word to the wise, Yoplait's attempt at Greek yogurt is DIS-GROSS-TING - so far the Trader Joe's version has the best texture in my opinion. Chobani is decent, & a larger portion also. Not my fave, but as far as staving off hunger it does the job for very few calories. Definitely good to have on hand. I have not tried the plain version in place of sour cream, but that is genius & I most definitely will!
