I've been working out almost every day and watching what I eat even though it isn't the most nutritious food a person can buy. We're usually buying the food that my husband will eat, bread, red meat, potatoes and generally just junk food. Very seldom do we get fresh fruits and vegetables. With us being on a very limited income, (my husband is the only one with a job), buying the food that he will eat takes our entire grocery allotment for the week. When I do get to go shopping on my own, my husband complains that I am buying what little fresh produce that I do. He even went as far as to tell me that I didn't need to eat the better foods and that all I had to do was work out 12-16 hours a day to lose weight. (I don't know of anyone who works out that long on a daily basis.)
