Today is my last journal entry before I take off... vacation time!
1.5 lbs down this week, of course it is because I stopped the late night snacking and I am back to gym every 2nd day. This week I did only cardio... 300 kcal burned each time... not bad! We had a BBQ at work yesterday, that was my first burger in about 6 months... quite impressive! It was tasty and I got ready for it!
My new goal will probably be to reach about 130lbs and maintaint that, while working on toning and sculpting my body into a sexy shape... and not getting too skinny or being too worried about 1-2 lbs more or less! I will still weigh myself in every day (except during the week on vacation-scary!).
I am excited and been doing the countdown the whole week... actually I am counting since day 10... now I have one more day and then hours... .. .
