Today is weigh in day and I am afraid to get on the scale. Not a good week. Had peach pie as breakfast. Have been craving ice cream 🍦. Having a hip replacement in 2 weeks and not looking forward to the recovery process but...my life after that should be better. So I think I need a treat. And that is usually food . So I am thinking I will try IF starting after dinner tonight. Went to Aldis. They had watermelon, cher ries and a giant cauliflower that will be a good munchie. So will probably weigh in tomorrow. So have a nice weekend everyone.
