When you are pregnant that is a big change in thinking. I finally got it in my head to really watch what i eat, so now the doctor tells me to up my calories by at least 300 of what i am suppose to eat without dieting. UGH!! So that basically means to maintain where i am at now i have to eat 2700 or so calories and add 300 that is 3000 calories a day. I was really hoping to keep my way of thinking but to be eating so much can really make you slip up and want to eat like that all the time. So my goal is to eat that much and still record everything. The last few days have been some big slip ups. And with my diabetes i have to keep my blood sugar below 140. So if i am slipping i know my blood sugar is going to go crazy too because i know myself. Everything i eat isn't always healthy. That is something i have to improve on. Eating healthy. And that will be so hard. But with the slight nausea it might be a little easier because some of the old food i like. I don't' quite like now. :)) So wish me luck with my new goal of eating healthy because my baby and i deserve it. :D
