Meat Again!
Hooray!
I actually missed it more this time. I craved it a bit and felt a bit weak.
4 oz baked Alaskan Salmon for dinner.
Sprinkled it with my Pampered Chef lemon pepper basil rub. Put it on parchment paper, then on my medium stoneware bar pan and into the oven.
Fresh broccoli and zuchinni steamed in the micro-cooker.
A persian friend taught me how to make persian spinach and yogurt.
Fresh baby spinach--saute it in a small bit of olive oil. Cool. Mix with some plain yogurt. I love that stuff! I miss eating it with bread, though. Maybe I could have it on carrots like I do with hummus.
A little slice of ocean heaven. Made enought to have it cold for lunch tomorrow.
For my snack later I had an apple with an oz of brie.
I could eat that every evening.
