中午沒吃什麼 餓了 運動前吃香蕉 珍珠蛋塔 頂呱呱 今天上課一樣代課教練 彈力繩練手 深蹲 深蹲跳 最累的是單腳懸吊波比跳15下四組 最後掌撐雙腳懸吊登山跳一分鐘2組結束 量完體重 該努力了💪 賽百味晚餐😅😅😅
