Its unbelievable I can eat one slice of bread and I gain I try to keep mine below 50g why do I love carbs but that's what got me to this weight so I must suck it up and shoulder forward lol

Hi no my sugar levels is normal between 3.7 and 4.5 at one time it climbed to 7 but it was just the one time my dr said it was deo to the prednisone I took at that stage for the asthma

I would go and have my fasting insulin levels checked and and my QUICKI index checked. If they showed no signs of resistance to insulin, I would worry less about carbs and simply make sure my daily energy intake stays below 80% of maintenance. I did keto for about a year and my energy levels took a plunge the moment I started exercising. So I cautiously added carbs to my daily intake.
