Down 2 more so only 15.5 till the 100 mark. I am starting to obsess on hitting it, but my old body is preventing me from doing as much as I want. My legs are now stronger, my cardio has dramatically improved but my back is preventing me from doing any real workouts. Oh well, I will do what I can and still take care of myself. Have a great weekend everyone.

Wanted to say more but my dog jumped on my lap and made my hit the submit button! You really arw\e kicking butt george, your progress and attitude is amazing but on top of that you are just an endless cheerleader which is so refreshing!
