I attended my wife's high school reunion Saturday night. Here's some motivation: those people who have been working out, watching their weight, eating well, not smoking, and not drinking too much simply look better, healthier, and younger. I suspect they'll live longer too. Admittedly, it's a subjective observation, but I think it's right. For whatever it's worth, after observing this first hand, I ignored my own advice and let loose at the party (sort of). I had an extra glass of wine AND dessert. But I'm back on plan today. Great workout this morning -- weights and elliptical stepper.
BTW -- MY high school reunion is next week!
