Overate during my birthday weekend, but exercised, too, and avoided an absolute binge.
I'm now down six pounds -- a misleading figure as I've gained considerable muscle since joining the challenge -- and I've lost two inches from my waist. Even better: I'm feeling great, physically and mentally.
I'm thankful for this challenge and also for the book WHEATBELLY, which led me to ditch wheat several weeks ago. I wish I'd done that years ago!
