Hello all,
I apologize for the long hiatus. A pair of back-to-back 80 to 100 hour weeks and a week of business travel I'm afraid I didn't have time for updates, exercise, or to track my diet. It has been a rough few weeks but I'm back on track now.
My wife is doing well at week 15 of her pregnancy. She's just barely starting to show. I think it's cute, but she's a bit morose about the whole thing. Perhaps I'll need to stage some sort of surprise for her to cheer her up.
I haven't had time for martial arts or exercise recently but the day after I landed I attended a Bo class (staff fighting class) and my regular martial arts class. Since I wasn't sore after that I'm feeling pretty good about getting back in to my old routine. We'll have to see how it goes.
