Second Day of Fat Fast! I woke up with a mild headache which disappeared after I grabbed a drink! This is so easy to do right now! Im not starving, Im not craving, and Im not checking the scales! If the scale is not changed, that might make me want to quit..so I dont want to know until Friday how IM doing!

Yesterday I had 5 meals (200 cal each)

1.Coffee w/ 1 oz HC and 1tbsp coconut oil (and the cinnamon/splenda of course)

2. 1/4 cup macadamia nuts

3. Repeated #1

4. Repeated #2

5. 1/2 tbsp coconut oil with 1 oz creamcheese and 1 tsp PB with a bit of splenda melted. Not bad....

I got my water in too! I have a lot of energy..but my head is a wee bit foggy..a downer!

Another downside of the fast was going to the Loo after each coconut oil meal. However, I am not experiencing that today! So, maybe it was just an adjustment. Time will tell.

this is easier than trying to keep weight watchers points to 18! it also helps that there are no baked goods in the house!

ohhhhhhhh sista! I am certainly fresh off the fat fast farm!! LOL I'm feeling excited for ya! I did it for 5 days and it wasn't bad at all. totally surprising when one can't even stick to 18-20 pts on WW every day! I'm rooting you on and carrying the torch for ya!

Ok - two of you now - I might have to really consider doing this. Keep us posted on how it's going. So far, it sounds nothing but positive (well, except for that first day bathroom thingy!!).
