When the scale goes in the wrong direction, it is disheartening. BUT look at how far you have come. Don't give up. Keep on, keeping on and the numbers WILL fall.

Hang in there, I’m confident things will turn around. Check your portions, food labels & keep hydrated.
Have you ever tried tracking your meals?

Thank you all, the encouragement does help. Yes I do track my meals and in most cases I'm eating under 1500 calories a day going to the gym 4 days a week doing cross fit. So not sure what's happening there. I've decided to give myself three days off and eat normally and see if it will reset my metabolism.

Remember that when you work out as much as you have been, you will be gaining muscle. That will account for some of the weight gain. The scale may be moving up, but I'm sure that you are losing centimeters, and will be looking firmer and more defined. Don't worry too much :-)

Why under 1500 cal? Starving yourself too much for too long will slow your metabolism down. Maybe try up that a little after your break.
Also how do your macros look? I make sure I get my minimum protein every day, then fill the rest of my calories with fats and carbs as best suits my body. Mostly fats in my case, but that is what works for me.
