Thanks for the heads up. That was from nine hours ago. Funny once not so much after that.

Lol! I’ve only had kale once at a restaurant, never again. Worse green ever. 😝

Sorry I LOVE Kale. Similar to spinach but takes a bit longer to cook. I like it raw in smoothies.

FYI--not in a salad unless baby greens.

Yeah- I think it was a kale salad kit that I made with that salmon the other night and it was really good- but this made me laugh this morning. I couldn't care less what anyone on here eats or doesn't. :)

😂 but I do love my coconut oil. I just mainly use it for my organic face scrubs I make and a healthy desert.

I love kale but can only do baby kale. Too hard for my system to digest. Only food that bothers me.

I included 10 vegetables in my meals today. None of them were, or ever will be, kale. But, I'm glad some people like it. Even tough veggies deserve to be loved.

when I have spinach fatigue or if they're out at the store, I will switch to kale for a week. it takes longer to cook to be tolerable, a full 90 seconds in the microwave on high to make it less annoying w/a little water and a cover on the bowl. I do not ever eat it plain, but it's got a smoky flavor if you add thinly cut strips into soup or stew. tastes good with feta and or things like soy sauce in the bottom of the dish. I also like the bagged kale salad they have at Costco, but the dressing is crap, so I don't usually bother since the nutritional value of that mix is nominal. it's like eggplant, add enough other flavors (or just lots and lots cheese) and anything can be made tolerable.
