Woke at 231.2, down 1.6 from yesterday. More good water movement. Will fast today to end the month. UPDATE: Ate an omelet, some broccoli, and cottage cheese at 3 pm as I was delayed at my doctor's office and had to rush to a local diner to take a business call. While I was there, I enjoyed! Came home at 231.2, an hour and a half later, so doing pretty well, considering the food is still with me. Just before bed, I did another weigh in and got to 231.0.

Had company yesterday and went to a nice, lakeside restaurant. Was able to stay Keto for the most part, but y SIL had a gift certificate for 4 people 2 flights each. I wasn’t sure how to handle it and didn’t want to bring down the fun of her excitement, so I remembered u, and thought... I will drink some of the wine and give most to my husband, but will do a fast the next day as Draglist does so well. Hence, we had a lot of fun... a much needed break from moving and working on our house and today I pay back with an all day fast.
