I don't think todays weight is real..
Yesterday i went to a Chinese restaurant... it was difficult to keep my diet... Everything was delicious!
I'll eat less today and hope tomorrows weight to return as it was...
Also these days since i started the supplements (Vit - Fe) i've noticed an increment of my appetite!! Maybe thats why i can't lose weight and instead i gain... :o( But i have to fight it because i really need the supplements...
and maybe i have to change something on my diet...

Chinese food is notoriously full of sodium. Drink lots of water! You should be fine!
