I've been really bad with the diet and exercising for the past three weeks. I'm starting to wonder if I should just start all over. Record a new starting weight and just go from there. I would say that the 5 lb increase due to the new scale is what started the downward spiral...but I'm not going to make excuses for myself. I slacked and now have to face reality.
