I started Nutrisystem yesterday...I'm so excited! The food is actually good! My plan is to follow this 100% till I go on vacation in June. As of yesterday I have 5 weeks till then. So let's hope that I can do it. I also speed walked yesterday, about 30 min with my neighbor in our neighborhood. I cut grass, washed the car and cleaned the house. I also had to chase my dog yesterday cause her collar broke...lol! So that was good exercise!
