Yessss!!!!! My lowest weigh in for the year!!! Happiness!!! I also feel I should mention that I started gaining weight due to the Depo contraceptive injection. I used it for three years and gained almost 10kg while training and running Comrades.

I battled to lose weight no matter what I did.

February I changed my contraceptive and the rest is history.

I still look at what I eat and cannot freely go about esting everything I want.

But I am happy.

57.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg. Still to go: 1.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.7 kg a Week

Wow that is awesome. I also gained weight due to the DEPO. If I may ask what contraceptive are you on now?

@lorreta I am on Microval (usually what women use that breastfeed). Thats what the gynea suggested since I get pre-mens migraines very badly and its similar to the injection with regards to your cycle FYI no once a month visitations whatsoever 😁
