Today is a great Friday.
I want to pace myself as my Plantar pain is not really getting better. Day 8 and not much relief. Yesterday was bad and I think it had to do with my poor choices of foods which included bunches of Sodium.
Will get a good weight lifting session in this morning.
Decided to take the day off for cardio. Will start back on spinner tomorrow am with a nice ride.
Look forward to weigh-in tomorrow, to see where I am after the bloating.

It can take up to a year to get rid of the plantar problems. I haven't run in a long time, but my foot is getting better. Keep icing, stretching, and wear inserts in your shoes to help. It will eventually go away.
