Down only a little bit, but not complaining. I haven't been doing as much exercise as usual and I guess it shows. We are going on a mini-holiday until monday so may or may not have access to the web. I am going to try making this into an exercise holiday for myself. We are staying in a multi-story hotel so want to spend some time in the stairwells. Me knees don't like going down stairs, so will probably walk up and elevator down. That and lots of walking the halls will keep me busy. Gotta try and bust through the 100 pound mark (17.5 to go). I would like to do it in the next 16 days but that is pretty aggressive. We will see.

Good for you Geo99. I love mini-holidays. I hope you enjoy it. Great idea about "elevator down, walk up stairs". I do that at work. I have heard that walking down is bad on the knees, and I always feel this little twinge when I walk down.
