Here is some “glass half full” mentality:
You 28.9kg less fat than you were when you started. He probably have a little more flexibility and ability to do more tasks than you were able to when you started. You probably a size or three down. ... so how much more motivation you need than looking forward to the next 28,9kg loss. Imagine double the improvements you are already enjoying.

It's just a bad day, go with it. Mike above is correct: you are making progress, hang on to that. I had to tell myself yesterday that weight loss and health is an every day battle. Look at your food diary,Lisa. You have waaayyyy more wins than losses. You mind is giving you a bad day - be kind to yourself and know you are winning.

It ok Lisa, everyone of us has had a day or rather days where we felt overwhelmed and a little discouraged. It this is the joy of the journey, this is what makes us stronger and this is where our confidence will come from... overcoming these mental battles, and everyone who has ever made a decision to loose weight knows that feeling and is therefore more understanding and also more convinced that you can overcome. Overcome today, do what you need to, for me I read more on weight loss methods and others struggles and this helps me get up and gives me momentum to keep going... you will be fine, today is just a rough day, and another day you will be reminding me or someone else that it can be done simply because of what you are going through today... don’t stop every time you get up counts and it doesn’t matter where you get up from, be it you buttocks, your knees or just one stumbling leg, just keep getting up and moving forward...🤸🏽♀️🌸
