frustration and eating doesn't go well together

for the first time i resisted it... i drank water for the day... but i refrained from my bad habits... i must say it took me some time to get to this point

I struggle when i have too much free time. The cupboard hinges start to wear out, cause i open and look for something lekker to eat, but i know not to keep lekker things, so i close it and walk away, only to open it an hour later to try see if something lekker maybe crawled inside while i was not looking.
