Utk pola makan saya bebas,apa aja masih saya makan gk ada pantangan makanan.
Kalori harianku 1500kal.
Olga seminggu max 4X(WAJIB buat saya).
Olganya cuma 07w,kadang dumbell&lompat tali aja.
Banyk yg tanya kenapa bsa cpt,sya jg gk tau mungkin krna metabolisme org itu berbeda2,ada yg progresnya cpt ada yg lambat. Mungkin sya yg trmasuk progresnya cepet.
Dan makan saya gk slalu di 1500kal,kadang 1400kal tp gk kurang dr itu. Itu aja sih proses yg sya jlni slma 3,5buln ini.
Ayo yg lain lbh semangat lg y,yakin pasti bsa asal ada niat dan konsisten. Dibawa enjoy aja biar gk stres
