Not sure what's happening here, weight going down everyday but not exercising or dieting. Gave myself Easter period to rest and eat normally now the weight is falling off. Previously I was working hard in the gym and eating 1500 calories a day and my weight barely shifted in most cases it went up. Don't know what this means but I'm loving it while it lasts.
