Overheard a conversation between two ladies earlier. The one was having serious joint problems. She told her friend that her doctor said the first thing she should consider is to lose weight. So her friend suggested she should eat less sugar and carbs. She rolled her eyes and said: " so what's left...ice blocks?!" Poor lady...I really felt sorry for her. If only she knew that cutting out sugar and to follow a low-carb lifestyle is not so difficult in the end 🤦‍♀️ and a lot easier to stick to than eating no carbs at all... 🤭
