Oh well done!! Greatest feeling if you were stuck and then BAM suddenly the weight starts moving again! 📉 how do you measure your body fat percentage?

Thank you. I am very happy with the outcome!
I use a smart scale to weigh in but to be honest the body fat % on it is a bit optimistic 😊
So I use an additional app by measuring my neck waist and hip. My bodyfat is practically at 20.89 😏

Oh I see! What app do you use if I may ask?

I use the body weight calculator on playstore. If you search it it is the third one available with a red rectangle on top. It is really accurate and also monitors your progress.

Mscotten the scale is fairly accurate it is about 3% out of range with my bodyfat which is fine. 😉 just keep on pushing through your results will follow ❤

What eating plan are you using?

I am not following any eating plan. I just check my calorie intake.
I try to excercise 3x a week and eat smaller portions. I try not to eat starch at night (many people argue about this but this works for my body). I have always failed on eating plans if I feel like eating something I do otherwise I just dive into anything to satisfy that original crave.
What eating plan are you on?

I use to do Banting, but since I am a runner, I battle to run fat adapted as it gives me a kick to have a fastbar and a gel whilst running. If you do that whilst banting, you spike regardless if you ran a race. So now I am also just eating healthy and checking calories.
