Quit skipping meals WOMAN!?! When I get up in the morning I usually eat something right away to get the metabolism (sp?) going. After that I eat every 3-4 hours. YOU DON'T! I've talked to you sevral times and you said that you were JUST NOW EATING at 11 or 12. BAD GIRL! lol Anyway...try it for a week and see how it goes. Even if you just have a shake or an atkins breakfast bar in the morning....it works.
