Well, I have finally decided that if I cheat, no matter what it is with, I will gain. He he. I had a few too many starches over the holiday weekend, it was my husband's birthday so I had cake, and I did not get in all of my foods. Today is a new day and I feel good about my 1 1/2 hours of workout I did yesterday. Let's just hope my weekend is ok. My husband wants to start jogging on Sat and Sun in the morning, sounds good to me.
