Ga ada resep,,makan sama aja sm yg lain,yg penting defisit kalori..(makan masih menu rumahan yg masih pake garam+gula😁)
Cuman klo sy,,abis makan siang+sore minum teh hijau+jeruk nipis,,itu ampuh bgt buat ngecilin perut😊

Qu juga pas tgl 17 kemaren nimbang BB 75,3kg dan tadi. Pagi nimbang 71,9kg alhamdulillah wlopun kecolongan mkn nasi 3x hehheeh
