Hi tryinghard! The curry was tikka paste, creamed coconut, chicken, onion, garlic and all the spices I could find (water added but chopped tomatoes are better). The cauliflower was boiled and then I added the same spices but honey and mango flavouring (I'm a big fan of savoury-sweet stuff)

@tryinghard86, welcome. No one knows you when you're new. You might consider "following" others whose journeys, goals, etc., are similar to yours or just appeal to you. Also, consider changing your settings so that your profile, journal, weigh-ins, and food diary are visible to "everyone" instead of just "followers." That way, people can get to know you better.
