👑應該是完全沒有了
今天正常吃,還是有少量麵包
最近麵包好多,都沒包餡的
地瓜 南瓜 紫米也都會每天攝取
肉最近不太喜歡吃,
非常飢渴蛋料理😋
明天終於公休了!可以好好睡飽
