Nice workout this am 50 minutes on Spin CYcle at 130 bpm.
Looking forward to nice breakfast of eggwhites and Josephs flat-bread toasted of course.
Lunch, yummy shredded chicken breast and a mexican salad, then some cabbage and cauliflower with shredded chicken.
Tonight my daughter gets back from camp. Can't wait to see her. I have pizza waiting for her.
