Got a late start due to an appliance repairperson coming thru, so didn't have my usual breakfast until nearly 11AM. At least I had my string cheese early before walking the dogs.

But it's still not a good idea for me to forego meals for very long, as I was still very hungry after finishing "breakfast." I'm entering all this online, waiting for the hunger to disappear and it seems that time is doing the trick. I mean, after all, there's no physical reason for me to still be hungry after a 400+ calorie breakfast, with ample fat and protein!

Will have to alter my cooking habits, as my microwave is out of commission for at least a couple of days....will have to wait to try out a MIM.
