Well I still have not lost any more weight. I went again to the gym today. Hmmm... I don't like plateaus. :)

117.9 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg. Still to go: 9.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow! It's so hot over here I couldn't even think about going to the gym. I think it hit 106 degrees today. Good for you for going to work out! Keep up the good work!
