Steadily making progress. I have just once again realised how difficult it is to lose weight and look after yourself. O respect every person who even attempts to improve themselves. Still eating foods I enjoy but keeping a watchful eye over portions. very excited about the results so far.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
