Yay!!!!! below the 90's 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉Have made some changes in my life in the past 3 weeks; stopped drinking wine every night, now only when we occasionally go out then limited to one glass. Also buying 100% real coffee instead of instant (that has carbs). Started an old hobby again, embroidery, and going full out into studying courses online that will give me more options in my future. Feeling great!! 😊
