已經瘋狂了 66.6-~67.2-~67.9-~67.2~67.7 又升高了。徘徊不定 目前走健康路線 一直保持每天吃優質碳水 紫米/十穀米/南瓜/地瓜。。。等 希望腳/掉髮/發炎的狀況 可以改善一些。。去年的63 已經回不去了😅 體態沒變。就肚子大好好多圈😆
