Dinner: I love chicken & salad! Lots and lots with greens, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, apples and fetta. To drink: gin and sugarfree tonic with a dash of lemon juice. Basically low carb. Think this is my 7th week on low carb...and still in ketosis 🙌🏻
