Low carb baking. Only 1 g carbs in the premix and 2 gr carbs in the Sugarlean Chocolate on top! Delicious 😁 90 sec in microwave!

Hallo there riz1786! The recipe is a premix low carb chocolate cake in a mug from Nu Me. You just add 1 egg, little bit of coconut oil and little bit water to the mixture and microwave for 90 sec. I decided to top it with 2 blocks of zero carb / sugar chocolate.

Only 125 kcals in the premix. I stayed easily within my daily calorie limit even after adding the egg, coconut oil and 2 blocks of sugar free chocolate.

How many puddings like this can you get from a Nu Me box? The premix is really expensive, but if there are a few servings, it may be worth it :)
