Gained a little this week. Surprised it was not more. Went to the casino on Wednesday. The buffet is a temptation. Could not resist the coconut cake drizzled with raspberry sauce. A real treat for me. Then the husband brings me a small BlackBerry pie for Valentine's day. And last night the neighbor brings over some desert, a piece of chocolate cake, wonderful chocolate cake , with a chocolate covered strawberry. So it was cake for breakfast this a.m. I was overloaded with sugars. So now it is back to normal for me. Making chicken soup and I should probably do a fast as I could do the 16.8. It was doable since I could have a cup of coffee in the a.m.
