Working dinner tonight. Nothing new really

1055 kcal Fat: 14.92g | Prot: 56.01g | Carbs: 178.84g.   Breakfast: Tap Water, Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch: Brown Sugar , Cooked Tomato and Onion (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Spaghetti (with Added Salt, Enriched, Cooked) . Dinner: Cooked Red Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mielie, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Green Beans and Potatoes (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Mister Sweet Speckled Eggs, Chocolate Chip Biscuit (Home Recipe or Purchased). more...

Haven't had corn in a while... it's very good on a braai. (smokey and sweet) Will try this combo this weekend :)
