Stopping in to say hello to everyone. Arizona weather has been beautiful, and loving it. Been walking every morning the whole park, at least 3 miles. Doing water aerobics 2 days a week, but don't know how to record in exercise, going to still do my pilates 2 days a week also, if I don't loose some weight doing all of this I guess my body is just revolting !!!
