Quick entry, tomorrow is weigh in and I know it is not going to be good. I have not been good and did not get in a last minute exercise like I wanted to. I feel like I snacked to much this week and I can tell my stomach is swollen. I feel like a failure when I snack, I am way to down on everything right now, these past few days have not been good on my diet or my out look. I hope things come to a more relaxing state by this weekend. Pedometer reads 13,200 steps and 7.63 miles.
