Yesterday was my last day of detox and I'm a little disappointed that i didn't lose as much. I didn't log my starting weight (78.6 kg on Wednesday) because i didn't have the app yet. So lost a total of 1,5 kg this week. Will keep on going though.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

how was your water intake? it can influence your weight. detox doesn't always have to result in weight loss, but it cleanses your body of all the bad stuff. don't let the weight discourage you. look at your weight with measuring your body(how your clothes fit) and how your energy levels feel. keep up the good work!

Thank you for the encouragement! I do drink lots of water, especially with this heat... I think I'm being hard on myself because my sister is also doing the same plan and she already lost 4kg. I'm just going to focus on my own progress and being healthy. Starting exercise tomorrow so that should also help😁💪
