Today is another good day! I went grocery shopping @ 7am, I worked out - Walk Away the Pounds - 3 Miles DVD, and I jumped on my mini trampouline for 5 minutes. Monday I will weigh myself to find out how much weight I've lost since I started back on my diet Tuesday (8/21/07). I'm still going strong on my diet. I'll have an egg salad sandwich for lunch, and then I'll continue cleaning my house. Right now I have so much energy. I'll see how I feel by late afternoon. :-)
