The most recent science rebuts the relationship between dietary cholesterol and the risk of heart disease. The multiple-decade conventional wisdom is the product of Big Pharma propaganda that we should all be taking statins -- meds that have serious side effects. The medication and blood level cholesterol recommendations are not based on peer-reviewed findings or good science, or borne out by decades of real-life results. OTOH, *sugar* causes and exacerbates inflammation that is now linked to cardiovascular, endocrine, and musculoskeletal disease processes. EAT YOUR EGGS! THEY'RE GOOD FOR YOU!

Moygarcia, thanks for looking out but what miraculum said. The research done 50 years ago was flawed. They fed rabbits cholesterol in that study, rabbits don’t eat cholesterol in nature. Healthy humans eating cholesterol won’t give us high cholesterol just like eating fats won’t make you fat.
